Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Black and Gold Beef Jerky. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

REFUNDS:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please email blackandgoldbeefjerky@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

You will be responsible for shipping the return back to us at your own expense.

Once received and approved for a refund, it will be processed automatically back to the original payment method provided at purchase.
